There’s apparently three things in life you can count on – death, taxes, and Meghan wearing a Panama hat to Wimbledon. She did it in 2018 with Kate, this year with girlfriends Lyndsay Roth and Genevieve Hillis, who she met while a college coed at Northwestern, and she even did it in 2016 – just days before she met now husband Prince Harry.
